1. Agreeing to these terms

Welcome to TikPorn ("TikPorn", "we", "us"), reachable at tikporn.xxx (the "Site"). These Terms of Service are the rules for using the Site. The moment you open, browse, or watch anything here you are agreeing to them and to our Privacy Policy. If any part of this is a dealbreaker for you, please don't use the Site.

2. You must be an adult (18+)

TikPorn is an adults-only service that displays sexually explicit material. To use it you must be at least 18, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher. By continuing past the landing page you confirm that:

  • you are an adult under the laws that apply to you;
  • viewing explicit adult content is legal where you are;
  • you are not opening the Site anywhere it is prohibited, or on a shared or workplace device where it is unwelcome; and
  • you will keep the Site and its content away from anyone under 18.

The Site is labelled RTA (Restricted To Adults) so parental-control tools can detect and block it. If minors use your device, please switch on content filtering.

3. What TikPorn is

TikPorn is a free, vertical, TikTok-style feed of short adult clips sorted by category. It runs without an account — there is no sign-up, no uploading, no profiles, no comments, and no messaging. It exists for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

4. How you may and may not use it

We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to watch the feed the way it is meant to be watched. In return, you agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk-download, rehost, resell, or republish any clip, image, or data from the Site;
  • defeat, disable, or tamper with any security, rate-limit, or age-gate feature;
  • hit the Site with bots, automation, or anything that puts unreasonable load on our servers;
  • take apart, decompile, or reverse-engineer how the Site works; or
  • use the Site for anything unlawful or anything these terms forbid.

5. Ownership

The design, code, branding, and structure of the Site belong to TikPorn and are protected by intellectual-property law. The clips and images themselves remain the property of the performers and rights-holders they came from, shown here under the arrangements through which we obtain them. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

6. Where the content comes from

Some material is sourced, aggregated, or embedded from third-party creators and platforms that we neither run nor can vouch for. Categories, tags, and captions are there to help you navigate and may be assigned automatically.

7. Ages and records

Everyone depicted on the Site was at least 18 when the material was produced. Our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement explains records-keeping.

8. Copyright and removals

We honour valid takedown requests. If something infringes your copyright, or if you appear in a clip and want it gone, see our DMCA & Content Removal page.

9. No warranties

The Site and everything on it are offered "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every technical fault.

10. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, TikPorn and the people who operate it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover and hold TikPorn and its operators harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs that arise out of how you use the Site or any breach of these terms.

12. Updates

We may revise these terms when needed. A revised version takes effect once posted, and the date at the top will change to match. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the update.
