DMCA & Content Removal

Last updated: July 10, 2026

TikPorn takes intellectual-property rights seriously and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Separately, we remove material at the request of the people who appear in it. This page covers both routes.

1. Filing a copyright takedown

If you are the copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe something on the Site infringes your rights, email our designated agent at dmca@tikporn.xxx with a notice that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature as the owner or authorised agent;
  • a clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
  • the exact tikporn.xxx link(s) to the material, with enough detail for us to locate it;
  • your name, mailing address, phone number, and email;
  • a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by you, the owner, or the law; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

Complete notices are actioned promptly.

2. If you appear in a clip

If you are the person shown in a clip and want it removed — for any reason, including consent, privacy, or non-consensual ("revenge") concerns — email removals@tikporn.xxx with a link to the content and a way for us to verify your request. We treat these seriously and act quickly.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@tikporn.xxx that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it previously appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the applicable jurisdiction.

4. Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, we stop accepting material from — and cut off access for — sources that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
