18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any sexually explicit visual depiction on TikPorn (the "Site") were at least 18 years old at the time the depiction was created.

1. TikPorn is not the producer

For the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, TikPorn is not the "producer" of the content displayed on or through the Site. We do not film, produce, or upload the sexually explicit material shown; the Site aggregates and links to material created by third parties.

2. Where the records are kept

For material we did not produce, the duty to keep the records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A remains with the original producers, who can be identified through the third-party sources the content originates from.

3. Custodian of Records

To the extent any record-keeping obligation applies to TikPorn for particular content, those records are maintained by the Custodian of Records. Inquiries — including requests to identify the producer of specific content — can be directed to legal@tikporn.xxx.

4. Zero tolerance

TikPorn has zero tolerance for any content involving minors or non-consenting individuals. If you believe any material breaks this rule, report it immediately to removals@tikporn.xxx and it will be removed.
